Language & Currency
After signing up, open the top bar settings. Change your language and set currency to your preferred option, then click Confirm.
Browse Products
Find the product you want from the RepCenter spreadsheet, then click "Buy ↗" to open it directly on KakoBuy. Review product details, QC photos, and price before proceeding.
Purchasing
Select size, color, and options, then click Buy Now or Add to Cart. Pay via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.
Seller Shipping
Most sellers ship in 2–3 days. Always check if the item is a preorder. Once it arrives at the KakoBuy warehouse, you'll receive free QC photos automatically.
Warehouse
Once your product arrives, you'll receive free QC photos. Keep the item or request a return/exchange within 5 days. Free storage in the meantime.
Creating a Parcel
Once your products are stored, create a parcel and select all items to ship together. For value-added services, use moisture-barrier bag and corner protection.
Shipping Lines (USA)
UPS — Fast (8–10 days) but requires a 45% tariff deposit. Duty-Free Air (recommended) — Tax-free, 2–3 weeks, much cheaper. Cargo Boat — Cheapest, 4+ months. Seizures in the USA are extremely rare.
Tracking & Delivery
Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number. Enter it on 17track.net for faster updates. Share your in-hands on the Discord when it arrives!
